Tim Mills
Tim Mills, General Manager, brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience. He has served as a Senior Association Manager, Portfolio Manager, and now General Manager for FirstService Residential. Tim provides exceptional customer service and possess relationship building skills that make him an asset to any property. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Tim was in hotel management with Marriott Corporation for 19 years.

Jerry Lui
Jerry Lui, Assistant General Manager, has spent the last 18 years in the hotel industry across various hotel brands including Westin, Kimpton, Sheraton, & Le Meridien. His last role was General Manager of NYLO Las Colinas Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, prior to joining FirstService Residential. Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge in guest services, operational efficiencies, and property management.

Lexie Rosales
Lexie Rosales, the Office Administrative Assistant and Lifestyle Coordinator, brings experience in customer service and sales to Harvest. She is highly motivated and inserts positivity into every task. She is highly relational and enjoys building lasting relationships with residents, community leaders and stakeholders. Lexie enjoys cooking and spending time with her fiancé, family and friends as well as her Corgi name Olive.

Page Austin
Page Austin, Lifestyle Manager, is a national award-winning Lifestyle Manager. She brings 20+ years of experience in partnership building, high-level event planning, marketing, and program development and implementation. Through her extensive experience, Page has gained unique insights and expertise necessary to build lasting relationships with community members, leaders, stakeholders, and influencers. In addition, she is an expert in content generation and engagement for social media platforms. Page is an intuitive connector who thrives on building mutually beneficial partnerships. Page developed her expertise from working at The White House in the First Lady’s Office and at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.

Karsyn Beauchamp
Karsyn Beauchamp, Assistant Lifestyle Manager, brings her experience in customer service, sales, and direct classroom experience as a long-term elementary substitute teacher to Harvest. Through her experiences, she has gained skills integral in building relationships, event management, and creating a holistic experience. When she is not working, Karsyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, exercising, and hanging out with her Golden Retriever, Saylor.

George
George, Community Mascot, is an F1B Mini Goldendoodle. He joined the Harvest team in November 2021 at just 8 weeks. George greets neighbors; assists the Lifestyle Manager with Harvest Littles and community events; and is everyone’s friend! George is a certified therapy dog and enjoys visiting the local elementary schools, hospitals and fire and police stations.
