What is the ACC Process?
When your home was first built, the developer approved your home the way it was completed. Any exterior modifications to that design must be approved by the HOA. The ACC, or Architectural Control Committee, reviews and approves or denies all such submissions. Each submission is considered separately on a case-by-case basis.
The guides below provide the details that the Board usually asks for given that category of submission; missing information may delay the ACC process. The Board has up to 30 days to review and respond to complete ACC submissions. Submissions with missing information will delay the 30-day review period, and may cause a cancellation of the submission.
